Daily Duties and Responsibilities
Handling accounts payable and receivable, you will match delivery slips with invoices, manage supplier payments, invoice clients, track deposits, and follow up on receivables. Processing progress billing, preparing contract notices, lien waivers, and following compliance are part of your week. You will complete monthly bank reconciliations and participate in preparing year-end documentation, including annual tax forms and T5018. Managing construction payroll, DAS remittances and CCQ reports, along with routine filing and office support, round out your tasks.
